Dispatch Policy
Goods are normally dispatched within 1-2 working days if in stock. If we are unable to dispatch your order within this time we will email to let you know.
Prices and Tax.
The price shown for the goods excludes postage and packing and VAT at the correct rate (UK EU ONLY) unless specifically stated. The charges for postage and packing are shown in the Checkout once you have entered the country and method of delivery and before you are asked to confirm the order. Delivery to European and non-European countries may result in import duties payable on receipt of the goods. You will be liable for these duties. BR-Motorsport will not pay any duties due. Items will not be delivered if duties due are not paid in full by the receiver. If import duties are not payed and the product is returned to us, any import duties we incur will be passed onto the buyer.
Cancellation and Returns
Returns Procedure:
- Before returning any goods please read all our terms and conditions.
- BR Motorsport must be informed by e-mail or telephone of any items that you wish to return for credit or exchange within 7 working days commencing the day of delivery. A member of staff will provide you with a Returns Notice Number.
- Please also ensure that you include a copy of your invoice when shipping any items back to us as well as your Returns Notice Number.
- If an item is sent back to us without a Returns Notice Number; a refund will not be given.
For orders that have been supplied correctly & assuming goods are in re-saleable condition:
-Within 14 days from the day of delivery - Goods can be returned for ANY reason for a full refund of goods and initial delivery charge.
-We do not cover returns postage back to us
-After 14 days from the day of delivery - Goods can be returned but with a 20% handling charge. The initial delivery charge & return delivery charges will NOT be refunded.
-After 28 days from the day of delivery – Goods are not accepted back for refund.
For orders that have been supplied incorrectly & assuming goods are in re-saleable condition:
-Within 28 days from the day of delivery – Goods can be accepted back for full refund, refund for initial shipping and refund for return shipping.
-If goods are not in re-saleable condition e.g fitted/test fitted, original packaging not present, covered in grease/lube etc, supplied correctly or incorrectly we will not accept for a refund.
Refunds:
- Refunds can take up to 7 clear business days to be processed. Some payment providers can take a number of additional days for funds to clear and show in your online bank accounts.
Any 3rd party goods and special order goods that are not manufactured by BR-Motorsport can not be returned for a refund. Please send an e-mail to us before you return goods, telling us that you are returning the goods and why.
Warranty
All BR-M exhausts come with a one year manufactures warranty to cover you in the unlikely event of any manufacturing defects. To honour this warranty you must retain your original invoice as proof of purchase.
Confidentiality
All confidential information, including credit card details, are held securely and only transmitted in encrypted form. Customer details are not passed to third parties and are used only in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses (including legal fees), arising out of your use of this site. Disclaimer: This exhaust is for race use only and has not been homologated and is fitted at the buyer’s own risk and may invalidate all warranties. The seller accepts no responsibility in the extreme unlikelihood of damage accruing to the vehicle not covered by the manufacturers warranty as a direct result of the fitting of this exhaust. The seller accepts no responsibility of court or any action taken against the buyer as a result of this exhaust being used on a public highway
Jurisdiction
The Contract will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the parties to the Contract submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
Consumer Rights
None of the above Terms and Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.
